Support firm-wide compliance by managing employee registration and licensing (FINRA/NFA), administering compliance databases, tracking attestations and projects, coordinating regulatory training, assisting with internal/external exams, and working with business teams to resolve compliance matters. Role is hybrid Chicago-based and designed for growth into broader compliance responsibilities.

Own reconciliation of equity market breaks, validate and submit equity regulatory reports, investigate discrepancies, coordinate remediation, and drive process automation and reporting improvements across finance, treasury, commercial, and technology teams.

Serve as a business analyst for market infrastructure, translating product and process improvements into end-to-end solutions for post-trade lifecycle. Work with stakeholders, developers, and operations to implement complex IT changes, document progress, and ensure regulatory and deadline compliance. Requires domain knowledge of derivatives/equities, FIX, SQL, and stakeholder leadership.
