Leads derivatives operations covering futures, options, trade allocation, clearing, physical delivery, exercise and assignment, exceptions, and operational controls. Manages teams, regulatory risk, supervisory processes, stakeholder relationships, metrics, dashboards, automation, process improvements, system implementations, and audit readiness. Partners with clients, risk, compliance, technology, exchanges, and clearing organizations while driving operational change and service quality.

Designs, implements, and maintains global network and perimeter security infrastructure. Responsibilities include firewall rule analysis and optimization, security solution integration, network monitoring, troubleshooting, technical support, and collaboration on security projects with internal teams and data center partners. The role requires onsite work in Chicago at least three days weekly and occasional nighttime or weekend on-call availability.

Manages full-cycle accounts payable, employee expenses, vendor reconciliations, exchange and regulatory fee tracking, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support. The role also resolves payment and billing discrepancies, maintains accounting procedures, and supports accurate financial reporting. It requires at least one year of applicable experience, accounting knowledge, strong Excel and macro skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
