Lead HA/DR strategies, capacity planning, upgrades, monitoring automation, incident troubleshooting, and support a global on-call rotation while collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.

Lead and manage the derivatives operations function, overseeing futures/options clearing, trade allocation, physical delivery, exception management, controls, and process improvements. Own reconciliation of equity market breaks, validate and submit equity regulatory reports, investigate discrepancies, coordinate remediation, and drive process automation and reporting improvements across finance, treasury, commercial, and technology teams.
