Manage end-to-end workforce data lifecycle, integrate Oracle HCM and third-party platforms, build dashboards and predictive models, perform advanced statistical analysis using SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and Python/R, partner with HRIS/IT and business leaders, and drive data governance and self-service analytics capabilities.

Support marketing across digital, proposals, events, and business development: edit photos, maintain website and intranet content, manage digital assets and CRM records, produce project profile sheets and collateral, coordinate branded merchandise, assist proposal production, generate marketing reports, and provide general marketing support.

Support project managers and superintendents to ensure construction quality, compliance, schedule control, documentation, and customer satisfaction. Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawing logs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and assist with bidding, scheduling, field review, safety culture, and project closeout activities while using collaboration and document-management software.

Provide administrative support to jobsite staff: prepare and process subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, bid packages, addenda, owner pay applications and change orders; review subcontractor insurance, bonds, and certificates; prepare project directories, correspondence, filing, notary duties, follow up with subcontractors, and distribute weekly project packages.
