Conduct phone and WhatsApp consultations, follow up after trials, address objections, recommend educational plans, manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM, and maintain positive client relationships. Participate in meetings, reviews, and training while supporting customer satisfaction and sales performance in a fully remote international team.
