Build and maintain partnerships with Romanian schools and educational institutions. Responsibilities include prospecting decision-makers, presenting educational programs, negotiating agreements, updating CRM information, attending education events, and expanding the Romanian partner network. The role is fully remote, requires native-level Romanian and working English or Russian, and includes occasional domestic travel.

Guide Romanian-speaking parents from initial inquiry through demo lessons and course purchases. Conduct phone and WhatsApp consultations, follow up after trials, address objections, recommend educational plans, manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM, and maintain positive client relationships. Participate in meetings, reviews, and training while supporting customer satisfaction and sales performance in a fully remote international team.

Manage inbound/outbound phone and WhatsApp sales, guide prospects to demo lessons, handle client requests, record interactions in AmoCRM, address objections, and build lasting client relationships to drive course sales.

Manage inbound and outbound client communication (phone and WhatsApp) to convert leads into demo lessons and course sales. Track and update transactions in AmoCRM, handle client requests, attend team meetings and training, and meet sales KPIs.
