We are currently expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and is ready to motivate the client to purchase a course - a cool product and a strong team will help with this!
Your Role- Communicate with clients via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote and sell additional educational products.
- Guide clients from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
- Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
- Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
- Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
- Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
- Native-level Romanian
- English B2 - C1 (speaking & writing)
- Basic Russian is a plus
- Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
- Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
- Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.

- Salary of €700/month plus 8% commission on every sale throughout the summer. From September, your base salary remains €700/month, with a new bonus system introduced to reward every sale and increase your earning potential.
