We are currently expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and is ready to motivate the client to purchase a course - a cool product and a strong team will help with this!
Requirements
Tasks:
- communicate with clients by phone (incoming and outgoing calls) and in WhatsApp correspondence in order to sell additional education products;
- lead the client from the application to a successful demo lesson;
- work with client requests and wishes;
- work with transactions in AmoCRM according to the regulations;
- attend meetings with managers and training events.
What we expect from the candidate:
- German C1-native;
- English or Russian B1-B2;
- experience in telephone sales from six months;
- literate oral and written speech, developed communication skills;
- you are great at maintaining a high pace of work in the conditions of a large flow of incoming tasks;
- you know and use sales stages;
- you are a confident user of Microsoft Office, AmoCRM services.
