Serve as strategic HR business partner for two manufacturing plants, advising leadership on workforce planning, labor relations, compliance, talent acquisition, development, performance management, compensation, HR operations, and change initiatives to drive operational performance and positive employee relations.

The Senior Industrial Engineer will develop labor standards, improve workflow, reduce waste, implement work improvements, and collaborate with teams on manufacturing processes.

Support technical accounting and SEC reporting, perform GAAP research, assist with financial statement and footnote preparation, SOX Section 404 testing, third-party report analysis, auditor support, and ESG reporting tasks.
