Leads global HR operations by standardizing policies, governance, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, recognition, and other employee experience programs. Partners with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, HRIS, transformation, and shared services teams to improve processes, automation, data quality, and service delivery. Manages vendors, budgets, projects, metrics, organizational integrations, and executive communications while coaching geographically dispersed HR teams.

Analyzes product and process cost changes, engineering bills of materials, tooling investments, supplier quotes, and manufacturing market trends. Supports Purchasing with competitive sourcing analysis, maintains cost models, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, and coordinates with Engineering, Purchasing, suppliers, and global associates. The role also prepares financial forecasts, reconciliations, and business analyses, presents findings to management, trains associates, and travels approximately 15% to plant and supplier sites.

Responsible for general ledger accounting, fixed assets, monthly and annual financial statements, tax filings, cash-pool forecasts, variance analysis, and compliance reporting under HGB and US GAAP. The role works with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders while supporting finance transformation, audits, process improvements, and system implementation projects.
