Ensure prototype components and assemblies meet design and regulatory requirements. Manage supplier quality issues, audits, inspections, PRRs/CARs, PLM records, pack-out, gage calibrations, and support production/engineering/warranty. Participate in audits, supplier reviews, and continuous improvement; travel and overtime as needed.

Responsible for leading production and toolmaking in a metal forming plant, focusing on quality, delivery, efficiency, and team development while driving lean initiatives and continuous improvements.

Support design, test, install, and maintain manufacturing control systems. Evaluate components and technologies, verify safety compliance via test procedures, review electrical drawings, troubleshoot equipment, perform audits and preventive maintenance, maintain project documentation, and provide engineering support to manufacturing and process teams.
