The Manager Quality oversees plant quality management and compliance, drives continuous improvement, and leads the quality team to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Lead continuous improvement and quality initiatives across production, manage customer quality requirements (APQP/PPAP), drive root-cause analysis (8D/Ishikawa), perform data and defect analysis, support audits and program reviews, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team for forging operations, oversee process development, tooling and equipment sourcing, enforce quality and launch timelines, manage CapEx, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements to optimize yield, runtime, safety, and cost.
