Supports core HR and people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, leave administration, employee communications, engagement events, HRIS documentation, licensing, compliance audits, and day-to-day employee support. Coordinates with employees, leaders, benefit carriers, vendors, and hiring managers while maintaining confidential records and improving administrative processes.

Manage awarded fire sprinkler tenant improvement, retrofit, remodel, and light commercial projects from handoff through closeout. Lead kickoff, schedule and field coordination, change order and cost management, permit and inspection tracking, GC communication, billing, documentation, and closeout while ensuring safety, code compliance, profitability, and timely execution.

Schedule and dispatch jobs with customers, technicians, and subcontractors using company service software; assist with parts procurement, permitting, compliance test report processing, inventory control, quoting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to improve division efficiency.

Drive outbound sales and renewals for fire inspection, testing, and monitoring services. Build and maintain customer relationships, manage a sales pipeline, produce estimates/proposals, use company CRM and cloud tools, coordinate onboarding with technical teams, represent the company at industry events, and comply with safety and vehicle policies.
