Support daily operations at corporate headquarters by greeting visitors, handling communications, scheduling meetings, managing supplies, coordinating shipping and vendors, assisting HR onboarding, maintaining records, and supporting events and administrative projects.

Design, develop, install, test, and maintain electrical systems for mill equipment. Create drawings, procure components, oversee commissioning, implement preventive maintenance, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance.

Install, maintain, and repair mill equipment; perform inspections and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical failures; disassemble/reassemble machinery; perform welding/fabrication; ensure alignment and safety; read blueprints; document work in CMMS; collaborate with maintenance team and support emergency repairs and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow a metals-industry customer base as primary client contact. Drive sales, prospect new customers and suppliers, coordinate order fulfillment, track inventory, resolve client issues, analyze sales and market intelligence, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and invoicing.

Support business development and sales by reviewing orders and vendor billing, maintaining SOPs, coordinating meetings, managing inventory and logistics, processing shipping documentation, tracking KPIs, entering data in NetSuite, and liaising with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and trading teams to ensure timely, cost-effective order fulfillment.

Support plant reliability and uptime by implementing preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/automation systems, installing and maintaining PLCs/HMIs, analyzing CMMS and automation data, performing root cause analysis, documenting improvements, and assisting capital projects while upholding safety standards.

Lead product strategy for aluminum and steel lines by evaluating market trends, identifying new applications, supporting sales with technical expertise, aligning sourcing and operations, and driving product profitability and market expansion through cross-functional initiatives.

Perform inspections and lab tests on incoming, in-process, and finished aluminum products using precision measuring tools. Document results, support root cause analysis and CAPA, assist with calibration and audits, analyze quality trends, and collaborate with production and engineering to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with standards.

Provide legal guidance across corporate operations including drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts; overseeing litigation and pre-litigation disputes; handling compliance and regulatory matters; supporting employment, risk management, and internal investigations; maintaining contract templates; advising executive leadership; and coordinating with outside counsel, insurers, auditors, and government agencies.
