Administer and enhance NetSuite ERP (roles, workflows, SuiteScript, integrations, reporting) and support Windows-based IT systems, networking, endpoints, and vendor relationships to enable finance, supply chain, inventory, and sales operations.

Install, maintain, and repair mill equipment; perform inspections and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical failures; disassemble/reassemble machinery; perform welding/fabrication; ensure alignment and safety; read blueprints; document work in CMMS; collaborate with maintenance team and support emergency repairs and continuous improvement.
