Coordinates trading and supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehouse and shipment coordination, supplier and vendor communication, shipping documentation, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment. Maintains accurate ERP records, tracks vendor performance, resolves shipment and invoice issues, and identifies process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Supports aluminum product quality and manufacturing processes through alloy evaluation, materials testing, defect investigation, root-cause analysis, process control, and annealing-cycle optimization. Collaborates with production and quality teams to resolve metallurgical issues, reduce scrap, improve yield, maintain records, support ISO 9001 requirements, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Sales Intern supports business-to-business sales for aluminum and metals products by reactivating dormant accounts, prospecting new customers, conducting outbound outreach, researching leads, participating in customer visits, and assisting Account Managers with quotes and follow-up. The role involves maintaining CRM records, identifying customer needs, developing sales opportunities, learning product specifications and pricing, and reporting prospecting activity. The position is primarily office-based in Orlando with occasional local travel.
