Supports recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records, compliance reporting, and routine employee inquiries. Provides broad office administration, including reception, scheduling, supplies, mail and shipments, vendor coordination, records maintenance, invoice processing, and company events. Maintains confidentiality, supports the HR Manager, and helps ensure an organized and professional workplace in an on-site manufacturing environment.

Coordinates trading and supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehouse and shipment coordination, supplier and vendor communication, shipping documentation, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment. Maintains accurate ERP records, tracks vendor performance, resolves shipment and invoice issues, and identifies process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Supports aluminum product quality and manufacturing processes through alloy evaluation, materials testing, defect investigation, root-cause analysis, process control, and annealing-cycle optimization. Collaborates with production and quality teams to resolve metallurgical issues, reduce scrap, improve yield, maintain records, support ISO 9001 requirements, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
