Provide supervised speech-language interventions for children ages 0–21, implement treatment plans from supervising SLP, set up and break down sessions, engage families, and use evidence-based approaches for pediatric and neurodivergent populations.

Provide BCBA-level assessment, develop behavior support and skill acquisition plans for pediatric ASD clients, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress using digital data collection, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with HIPAA and BACB requirements, and support center operations.

Provide BCBA clinical services for pediatric clients with ASD: conduct FBAs and assessments, develop and monitor behavior support and skill-acquisition plans, supervise and train behavior technicians, use digital data collection to track progress, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and compliance (HIPAA, funding), and pursue ongoing BCBA CEUs. Caseload ~5–8 full-time clients depending on tier; support center operations and lead team meetings.

Provide ABA services for pediatric clients with ASD: conduct FBAs and assessments, develop behavior support and skill-acquisition plans, supervise behavior technicians, collect and analyze data, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation and HIPAA compliance, and uphold BCBA standards and CEU requirements.

Provide 1:1 clinic-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, collect data, assist with assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), participate in supervision, communicate with caregivers, and complete tasks that count toward BACB supervised fieldwork hours.
