Coordinate the full recruiting and candidate experience process, including interview scheduling, rescheduling, onsite logistics, candidate communications, paperwork, surveys, and onboarding support. Maintain Ashby data hygiene, manage interview records and scorecards, improve hiring workflows, and use AI tools to reduce administrative work. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR while ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful communication throughout the hiring process.

Supports Central Operations by analyzing driver experience, operational costs, KPIs, and savings opportunities. Develops recommendations, dashboards, reports, and improvement initiatives; coordinates cross-functional implementation; tracks results; and scales successful processes across markets. The role partners with market leadership, maintains operational playbooks and SOPs, and owns initiatives that improve driver satisfaction, retention, performance, and cost efficiency.

Partner with the founders to execute strategic priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational processes, analyze fleet performance, track KPIs, and prepare leadership, board, and investor materials. The role requires strong analytical judgment, executive communication, project ownership, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues in a fast-growing rideshare logistics company.

Manage HR operations across multiple locations, partnering with site and regional leaders on workforce planning, retention, performance, employee relations, compliance, and manager coaching. Support onboarding, HRIS workflows, leave management, payroll alignment, and new-market launches. Monitor people metrics including turnover, attendance, engagement, and corrective actions while ensuring consistent policies and accurate documentation across a large non-exempt workforce.

Manage high-volume weekly and semi-monthly payroll, including wage compliance, taxes, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, audits, and vendor integrations. Support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HRIS data maintenance, compliance, background checks, and performance documentation for a growing frontline workforce.

Drive operational and financial performance across multiple markets by owning KPI cadences, forecasting, analytics, workforce planning, fleet productivity, safety, and operational excellence. Build dashboards, automated workflows, playbooks, and scalable operating systems; identify root causes and corrective actions; standardize best practices; support market launches; and lead cross-functional initiatives with regional and market leadership.
