Responsibilities include securing facilities, building vendor partnerships, preparing vehicles, recruiting drivers, hiring and leading operations staff, managing fleet and maintenance operations, monitoring financial and operational KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and scaling driver supply and service coverage.

Owns the strategy and optimization of People systems, workforce analytics, AI-enabled employee experience, and workflow automation. Builds predictive workforce models, dashboards, and KPIs supporting attrition, talent mobility, workforce planning, compliance, and labor risk decisions. Partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and People teams to deliver scalable technology initiatives, lead cross-functional programs, improve employee support, and drive operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.

Manage high-volume weekly and semi-monthly payroll, including wage compliance, taxes, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Analyze operational and financial data, develop growth and cost-efficiency strategies, oversee teams, and execute initiatives that improve fleet utilization, revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.

Manage strategic priorities and operational improvement projects for a growing rideshare fleet business. Analyze fleet performance, KPIs, profitability, and process efficiency; develop prioritization frameworks; identify operational weaknesses; and implement solutions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, senior leadership communication, rapid execution, and hands-on support for urgent business needs.
