Monitor utilization and attendance, perform proactive outreach (calls/texts/emails), recover missed shifts, issue attendance coaching, maintain workforce KPI reporting, and build/optimize automated communication workflows and AI-enabled tooling. Partner with cross-functional teams to align labor supply with demand and continuously improve scheduling processes.

The Onboarding Coordinator manages the driver onboarding experience, overseeing operations, training, compliance, and driver performance to ensure a smooth process.

Lead and scale Los Angeles fleet operations including driver recruitment/onboarding, scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, compliance, safety audits, and performance analysis. Own financial and operational KPIs, implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability, provide driver training/support, and partner cross-functionally to grow the business.
