Coordinate the full recruiting and candidate experience process, including interview scheduling, rescheduling, onsite logistics, candidate communications, paperwork, surveys, and onboarding support. Maintain Ashby data hygiene, manage interview records and scorecards, improve hiring workflows, and use AI tools to reduce administrative work. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR while ensuring candidates receive timely, thoughtful communication throughout the hiring process.

Supports Central Operations by analyzing driver experience, operational costs, KPIs, and savings opportunities. Develops recommendations, dashboards, reports, and improvement initiatives; coordinates cross-functional implementation; tracks results; and scales successful processes across markets. The role partners with market leadership, maintains operational playbooks and SOPs, and owns initiatives that improve driver satisfaction, retention, performance, and cost efficiency.

Partner with the founders to execute strategic priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, improve operational processes, analyze fleet performance, track KPIs, and prepare leadership, board, and investor materials. The role requires strong analytical judgment, executive communication, project ownership, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues in a fast-growing rideshare logistics company.
