Processes and reconciles accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor invoices, reimbursements, billing, bank transactions, and ledgers. Supports month-end close, customer account maintenance, inventory accounting, discrepancy resolution, ERP bank loads, and annual 1099 preparation. Collaborates with purchasing, inventory, business partners, and internal departments while ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial transactions.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, and expansion. Monitor KPIs, surface growth opportunities, coordinate renewals, advocate for clients internally, and use CRM and reporting tools to track customer health and performance.

Coordinates day-to-day workplace and office operations, including facilities requests, vendor relationships, supplies, mail, shipping, catering, employee events, visitor support, and workspace preparation. Partners with Facilities, HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-equipped workplace. Tracks maintenance needs, communicates disruptions, supports events, and manages workplace documentation and inventory.

Leads the global HR function and enterprise people strategy, advising executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, culture, transformation, and business performance. Oversees talent acquisition, HR operations, total rewards, payroll, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, and organizational development. Drives HR strategy for mergers, acquisitions, change management, and organizational integration while developing a high-performing HR leadership team.

Develop and manage internal and external corporate communications, including employee updates, media relations, executive thought leadership, industry awards, crisis and change communications, customer messaging, and reputation management. Partner with HR, executives, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create clear, coordinated communications, manage sensitive issues, strengthen engagement, and protect the company’s reputation.

Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations to create a welcoming, organized employee experience. Manage common areas, supplies, mail, vendors, facilities requests, and event logistics. Partner with Facilities, People/HR, IT, and Finance to support office readiness, onboarding, and company events while proactively identifying improvements and resolving workplace issues.

Provide timely technical support via phone and email, manage cases in Zendesk, troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and mobile environments, configure client equipment, perform root cause analysis, document and escalate persistent issues, assist colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Position includes weekend shifts.

Lead Seed Pro and Seed data products (Spotlight, Copilot, Analytics, Intelligence), set roadmaps, prioritize operator-focused features, partner with engineering/design/support, mentor 1-2 PMs, champion practical AI/ML applications for operator insights, and liaise with Sales/Marketing/Professional Services to improve operator outcomes and platform coherence.
