Develop and manage internal and external corporate communications, including employee updates, media relations, executive thought leadership, industry awards, crisis and change communications, customer messaging, and reputation management. Partner with HR, executives, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create clear, coordinated communications, manage sensitive issues, strengthen engagement, and protect the company’s reputation.

Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations to create a welcoming, organized employee experience. Manage common areas, supplies, mail, vendors, facilities requests, and event logistics. Partner with Facilities, People/HR, IT, and Finance to support office readiness, onboarding, and company events while proactively identifying improvements and resolving workplace issues.

Supports the Executive Leadership Team by coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, materials, calendars, communications, decision documentation, and action-item follow-up. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability, strategic initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. Prepares executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business correspondence while managing competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.

Manage day-to-day workplace operations to create a welcoming, organized office environment. Maintain supplies and common areas, coordinate vendors and facilities requests, handle mail and shipping, and support events and employee engagement. Serve as primary onsite contact for employees and visitors, partner with Facilities, People/HR and other teams, and continuously improve workplace experience.

Qualify inbound digital leads, conduct discovery calls, communicate product value, schedule meetings or manage smaller deals, maintain CRM records (HubSpot), track KPIs, collaborate with marketing, and continuously develop sales skills to maximize conversion and revenue.

Provide timely technical support via phone and email, manage cases in Zendesk, troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and mobile environments, configure client equipment, perform root cause analysis, document and escalate persistent issues, assist colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement. Position includes weekend shifts.

Lead Seed Pro and Seed data products (Spotlight, Copilot, Analytics, Intelligence), set roadmaps, prioritize operator-focused features, partner with engineering/design/support, mentor 1-2 PMs, champion practical AI/ML applications for operator insights, and liaise with Sales/Marketing/Professional Services to improve operator outcomes and platform coherence.
