Own the marketing function end to end, including qualified lead targets, pipeline contribution, channel strategy, budget allocation, analytics, attribution, outbound execution, email nurture, and sales alignment. Lead marketing performance reporting, define customer profiles and content strategy, and build and manage the marketing team. The role emphasizes measurable business outcomes across US and UK B2B markets rather than content production or campaign execution.

Drives revenue growth for IT services and digital solutions by generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, closing new business, growing key accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities. Develops strategic sales plans, presents tailored technology solutions, maintains CRM pipeline data and forecasts, collaborates with delivery and marketing teams, represents the company at industry events, and guides junior business development staff.

Performs manual functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and API testing for web and mobile applications. Creates test cases, executes test plans, identifies edge cases, documents and tracks defects, validates fixes, and supports release testing. Collaborates with developers, analysts, project managers, and senior QA engineers in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Maintains QA documentation and reports while developing automation, AI testing, mobile testing, and risk-based testing expertise.

Supports internal servers, systems, and infrastructure by monitoring performance, applying patches, troubleshooting issues, verifying backups, reviewing logs, and maintaining documentation. Works under senior engineers while developing skills in Linux, networking, cloud platforms, automation, security, and DevSecOps. Provides basic infrastructure support and contributes to reliability and operational improvements.
