Serve as the founding clinical leader for a new home care company. Shape clinical strategy, care standards, patient experience, and nursing operations while building relationships across the nursing community. Partner with nurses to develop leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities, connect with healthcare and community organizations, inform product development, define quality measures, and help launch and scale initial markets.

Manage full employee lifecycle and HR operations for 25madison and early-stage incubations (onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, PEO management, policy compliance). Build and scale HR processes and tooling. Design and run portfolio community programming, communications, relationship mapping, and vetted service provider networks. Lead cross-functional platform projects and serve as primary operational resource for internal teams and portfolio founders.

Lead and grow the engineering organization, drive architecture and roadmap with the CTO, recruit and develop engineers, ship production software, establish processes for speed and quality, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate needs into product.

Work directly with the CEO to turn strategy into execution: own OKRs, lead post-acquisition integrations, build scalable processes, analyze platform performance, support diligence and financial modeling, manage change communications, and develop marketing collateral to scale N43.

Support contract management and legal operations for 25Madison and incubations: manage contract lifecycle, signatures, corporate records, vendor engagements, and coordinate with attorneys, outside counsel, finance, and ops to improve legal workflows and ensure compliance.

The role involves owning the architecture and initial product development for a system that interprets user behavior and makes real-time decisions in commerce. Responsibilities include defining system architecture, hands-on building, leading engineering teams, and collaborating with the founder on product direction.
