The Controller will build and lead StealthCo’s accounting and finance infrastructure, overseeing financial reporting, monthly close, AP, AR, payroll, cash management, reconciliations, controls, forecasting, and financial systems. The role supports acquisition accounting, entity integration, compliance, audits, tax coordination, executive decision-making, and finance-team expansion. Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will partner with leadership, investors, board members, and branch accounting teams in a fast-growing, private equity-backed platform.

Serve as the founding clinical leader for a new home care company. Shape clinical strategy, care standards, patient experience, and nursing operations while building relationships across the nursing community. Partner with nurses to develop leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities, connect with healthcare and community organizations, inform product development, define quality measures, and help launch and scale initial markets.

Manage full employee lifecycle and HR operations for 25madison and early-stage incubations (onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, PEO management, policy compliance). Build and scale HR processes and tooling. Design and run portfolio community programming, communications, relationship mapping, and vetted service provider networks. Lead cross-functional platform projects and serve as primary operational resource for internal teams and portfolio founders.
