Build products from concept to production across multiple startups. Responsibilities include prototyping, full-stack development, data modeling, integrations, AI-enabled workflows, testing, deployment, production reliability, and customer-informed product decisions. The role requires extensive use of AI coding tools, strong engineering judgment, independent execution, and collaboration with founders, designers, customers, and the CTO.

The Controller will build and lead StealthCo’s accounting and finance infrastructure, overseeing financial reporting, monthly close, AP, AR, payroll, cash management, reconciliations, controls, forecasting, and financial systems. The role supports acquisition accounting, entity integration, compliance, audits, tax coordination, executive decision-making, and finance-team expansion. Reporting to the CEO, the Controller will partner with leadership, investors, board members, and branch accounting teams in a fast-growing, private equity-backed platform.

Manage full employee lifecycle and HR operations for 25madison and early-stage incubations (onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, PEO management, policy compliance). Build and scale HR processes and tooling. Design and run portfolio community programming, communications, relationship mapping, and vetted service provider networks. Lead cross-functional platform projects and serve as primary operational resource for internal teams and portfolio founders.
