Teams at 2 Open

Manage day-to-day Chinese marketplace and social storefronts, optimize listings and pricing, run and monitor performance campaigns, coordinate logistics and fulfillment, prepare client performance reports, liaise with creative/service/influencer teams, and assist client onboarding and communication.

Support day-to-day business operations and e-commerce across Chinese platforms (Tmall, JD.com, Xiaohongshu, Douyin). Conduct basic market research and competitor checks, prepare presentations and reports, perform data checks and content reviews, coordinate between China and Europe teams, and assist with logistics and administrative tasks to keep projects running.

Provide generalist support across business, e-commerce, operations and coordination. Conduct China-focused market and competitive research, prepare presentations and reports, support Europe–China team communication, assist translations (Chinese–English), and handle operational/ad-hoc tasks. Hybrid role based in Madrid for students or recent graduates.
