Lead end-to-end IoT and smart-building projects—plan, schedule, manage budgets, vendors, contractors, and field teams; ensure installation, commissioning, quality handover, financial reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Drive B2B SaaS sales within a defined territory in the proptech/MDU space. Develop and execute territory plans, conduct virtual and in-person demos, create proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage partner relationships, maintain CRM records (HubSpot), and provide sales forecasts and reporting. Travel internationally as needed.

Own new-customer onboarding: run kickoff calls, product walkthroughs and training; configure the platform to customer needs; track progress in CRM; identify and mitigate adoption risks; collect feedback for Product; collaborate with Sales and Support; manage renewals, upsells, and documentation.

Drive regional prop-tech growth by acquiring and enabling channel partners, building developer and asset-manager relationships, generating pipeline via outbound outreach and events, and qualifying enterprise opportunities for senior sales to close. Deliver partner onboarding, demos, account mapping, and territory-focused account management with occasional travel.

Support the sales team by coordinating client and vendor communications, assisting vendor onboarding, compiling engineering and construction drawings, conducting market research and PropTech analysis, and driving user engagement and app adoption. Provide operational and marketing support while working extensively with Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and HubSpot.

Drive regional proptech growth by acquiring and enabling channel partners, building developer and asset manager relationships, prospecting new logos, conducting demos, and qualifying enterprise opportunities for senior sales to close. Balance remote account management with localized travel and represent the brand at industry events.

Serve as first-line technical escalation for integrated building systems (CCTV, access control, intercom), diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software/network issues, perform remote diagnostics via RDM/VPN, document incidents in ticketing systems, collaborate with Engineering/Product/Client Services, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process and system improvements.
