The role involves assisting customers through email, chat, and phone, resolving inquiries, managing account issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Senior Business Development Representative will generate sales opportunities through high-volume calls, engage decision-makers, and support pipeline development in a rapidly growing sales hub.

Manage order-to-fulfillment operations: review purchase orders, coordinate license delivery, track open cases, and maintain pipelines. Own subscription and renewal processes in Salesforce, produce renewal and recurring revenue forecasts, surface churn risk and expansion opportunities, track issues in Jira/Confluence, and provide administrative support to the CRO. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, TechOps, and Support to improve processes and forecast accuracy.
