Manage UK and Australian People Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, payroll delivery, third-party payroll and EOR relationships, benefits, pensions, audits, policies, compliance, and HR case management. Lead and coach the People Operations team, improve processes through automation, maintain governance and controls, resolve complex payroll issues, and support organizational growth through effective stakeholder communication and scalable people practices.

Build and maintain the cloud-native platform underpinning a core banking system. Responsibilities span AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, Terraform orchestration, networking, security, databases, Kafka, caching, CI/CD, and operational tooling in Go and Python. The role supports multi-account and multi-region production systems with high resilience and availability, while collaborating with feature teams and continuously improving platform quality, testing, and reliability.
