Lead recruitment and onboarding strategy to build talent pipelines, partner with department leaders and campus partners, manage candidate sourcing and screening, direct onboarding and 90-day integration, advise senior leadership on hiring and role design, drive recruitment marketing, and use data to continuously improve retention and talent success.

Provide hands-on financial aid support to students and regional staff: manage drop-in financial aid spaces, conduct aid package reviews, co-lead trainings, maintain accurate Salesforce tracking, and support outreach and events with regional travel.
