Trupanion is a pet insurance provider offering coverage plans for dogs and cats. The company’s Seattle headquarters has onsite childcare for children from one month to four years old. The daycare center is independently operated, but Trupanion covers the cost of care, while employees are only responsible for paying taxes on the value of that employee benefit.
Johnson & Johnson is a pharmaceutical company with a global workforce of more than 150,000 employees. The company established the Johnson & Johnson Childcare Development Center at its New Brunswick, New Jersey headquarters in 1990. It has since opened multiple additional U.S. childcare centers to make early education and preschool accessible to employees at a subsidized cost. The centers are open to babies through children five years old. Johnson & Johnson said it also has childcare centers at some of its international sites and provides discounted childcare options to employees in at least six of the countries where the company operates.
