Our all-in-one solution gives customers access to the upside potential of real estate investing while hedging against downside risk. This means customers make more while paying less. Doorvest officially launched in April 2020 and despite a global pandemic, has grown exponentially.. In the first five months of 2021, Doorvest grew 13x and are forecasted to finish the year with 30x YoY growth. In addition, we've found product-market fit with industry leading demand characteristics. Doorvest customers submit a $1000 deposit prior to purchasing homes and as of this writing, we have a backlog of deposits with more than enough demand to fulfill the rest of 2021 revenue targets. We live at the intersection between technology and real estate by providing an all-in-one solution, eliminating the most painful steps for the end customer. With high or hidden fees, other real estate companies don’t align well with long term customer interests. Not only that, there is no platform that takes customers through the entire end-to-end process of investing in real estate from research to property management. As a result, the non-institutional investor is discouraged from touching real estate because of a lack of experience and time, despite the potential upside. Doorvest changes this. We mitigate risk from the customer's perspective by providing extensive renovations to deliver a new home. We've aligned our pricing with our customers to ensure we're both working towards the same goal: a long-term and successful investment property with a series of guarantees that fosters a stress-free and happy customer. Ultimately, we are building a tech-enabled business, whose advantages are unique to our vertically integrated model. As we perfect our data collection and implementation, our tools continue to grow more sophisticated to match the needs of our business and stay ahead of competition.

Cavnue is building smart roads for smart vehicles, and future-proofing the nation’s roadways. The interstate highway system defined mobility in the second half of the 20th century. Now, transportation is changing again. Mobility in the 21st century will be defined by intelligent, connected, and autonomous vehicles and while billions have been invested into developing in-vehicle technologies, only a small fraction has been spent on developing infrastructure to support and enhance advanced roads. We are the first company of its kind focused on designing dedicated roadways for CAVs, combining technology and road infrastructure to unlock the full potential of these vehicles. Ultimately, it is our company’s vision that drives our work: to build supportive infrastructure that will ensure safer roads, fewer casualties, reduced traffic congestion, and increased traffic efficiency. We are building the future of roads through innovation and collaboration with major vehicle manufacturers, road operators, and government. We believe collaboration on smart roadways and connected infrastructure is crucial to the success of a vehicle manufacturer-neutral technology platform that helps scale vehicle autonomy at all levels on public roads safely. In August 2020, we were selected by the State of Michigan to serve as the Master Developer for the nation’s first CAV Corridor. The initial deployment, which spans over 25 miles, will connect two major metros in Southeast Michigan and will eventually lead to a state-wide network. Since then, we have signed multiple letters of intent with leading road operators to pursue enabling infrastructure for passenger and freight CAVs. In April 2022, we closed our Series A capital investment round at $130 million to continue scaling the nation's first network of CAV corridors. Lead investors in the round were Ford Motor Company and Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners with additional investment from Openvia and Landstar—bringing together a leading global automaker, road operator, and freight logistics provider to invest in the future of roadways.

Dedrone is a leader in airspace security. With more customers around the world than any other airspace security company, we enable our clients to protect people, property, and information from the threat of drones, while enabling the “good” drones to take off (pun intended). The simple fact is that no security company can build a barrier strong enough or high enough to protect from a drone, so we need a tech solution to protect us from the persistent and escalating drone threat. At the same time, the “good” drones will dramatically improve our lives and increase GDP by completing tasks like acting as first responders, delivering medical supplies and retail packages, and more. By combining advanced sensor-fusion technology with AI-driven pattern recognition software, our solutions enable early and reliable drone detection, pilot location and advanced warning in the event an unauthorized drone approaches a secured area. Our customers include national governments, public safety agencies, sporting stadiums, prisons, private research facilities, critical infrastructure sites like airports and power plants, data centers, VIPs and more. Drones are the world’s new asymmetric threat to public safety and national security. Dedrone’s dual-use technology was recognized by two major awards this year. The CNBC Disruptor 50 and TIME’s Best Inventions 2023 lists both feature Dedrone as an innovative company disrupting the industry with its breakthrough capabilities and industry-leading customer list. Dedrone is implemented across 31 countries and is used by five of the G-7 nation governments; 190 critical infrastructure sites; 40 airports; 60+ stadiums; 15+ US federal entities and 20+ non-US governments. We actively provide counterdrone solutions for some of the most high-profile events around the world, working closely with over 120 public safety agencies globally. Our technology is also in use on the front lines in Ukraine, and we are proud to support them in their fight to defend their homeland.
