Own the full sales cycle for cancelled small independent dealership accounts, using high-volume outbound outreach to win back clients and recapture recurring revenue. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal sales teams, presenting ROI-focused solutions, handling objections, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM pipeline hygiene, tracking activity, forecasting revenue, and meeting monthly sales targets. The role requires strong organization, resilience, relationship-building, competitive awareness, and proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.

Supports billing, payments, customer account maintenance, credits, account balances, and master data updates. Lead digital brand media campaigns across the US, Canada, and the UK. Leads CarGurus’ cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance program, including cyber risk management, SOC 2 Type II, SOX ITGCs, security policies, AI governance, third-party risk, customer trust, privacy compliance, executive reporting, and GRC process automation. Partners with Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and Security Operations to improve security controls and manage organizational cyber risk.
