For John-Isaac ‘JC’ Clark, the deciding factor to join Vantor wasn’t a job title or salary — it was the mission.

This mission, forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, forms the core of the company’s culture, attracting individuals who aim to do more than simply develop software.

I didn’t just want a job; I wanted to contribute to groundbreaking work and to make a positive impact on building a safer, more efficient world,” Clark, who serves as vice president and head of insights, said. “The chance to help build a more automated and connected world, and to have direct ownership over my work, was an opportunity I had to take.”

While this commitment to "building a safer, more efficient world” brought Clark to Vantor, a similar mission drew Markis Piper to Cargill, where he works as a senior supervisor of data engineering. The company’s mission to “nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way” resonated with him, and after visiting one of the company’s meat packaging plants during onboarding, he knew he had found the right workplace.

“What I saw there wasn’t just a workplace — it was a community,” Piper said. “People trusted one another, knew each other’s stories and showed up with a sense of shared purpose. That experience helped me see not only the impact I could make in my role but the kind of culture I was stepping into.”

At Vantor, Cargill and 11 other companies, employees get to thrive in a workplace where personal growth and purpose go hand in hand — and luckily for job seekers, each organization has open roles. Read on to learn how each company empowers its people to drive its mission every day.

Miku Jha
Vice President of Product Management, Applied AI Black Belt • ServiceNow

ServiceNow’s platform is designed to enable enterprises to unite AI, data and workflows using automation, therefore making their core IT functions more efficient.

Tell us about ServiceNow’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

ServiceNow’s mission is to make the world work better for everyone. Today, that means more than incremental change; it means embracing the agentic era of AI, where systems don’t just assist but act, automate and execute with trust at scale. This is why I joined ServiceNow. It’s about shortening the distance between aspiration and impact and doing so at a level that matters to enterprises.

Our mission connects directly to growth, resilience and trust — priorities at the top of every executive agenda. It’s about building shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, solving the hardest problems and lighting up agentic AI journeys that transform industries. ServiceNow isn’t bolting AI on; it’s native to how we work. That clarity of purpose fuels our culture: empowerment without ego, speed with intention and relentless curiosity. Joining was about impact — the opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI to reimagine workflows at scale across industries, driving measurable outcomes that matter for millions. That’s a mission worth building for.

“Joining was about impact — the opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI to reimagine workflows at scale across industries, driving measurable outcomes that matter for millions.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

In applied AI forward-deployed engineering, our role is to translate ServiceNow’s mission into enterprise-scale execution. We do this by embedding directly with customers and co-creating agentic AI builds that move from concept to production in weeks rather than years. The focus is on accelerating and delivering real, tangible business outcomes and operational excellence. Current initiatives include redesigning the developer experience through a multi-agent orchestration system that could compress project setup from weeks to hours and cut onboarding from months to near-instant provisioning — saving millions of engineering hours at scale.

We are also co-innovating voice-driven agents to transform employee support for large, distributed workforces and designing intelligent service models aimed at automatically resolving the majority of inbound requests, reducing resolution cycles from days to under one. These co-innovation examples demonstrate how we turn bold aspirations into strategic bets that deliver measurable impact, helping industries reimagine how work gets done and fully aligning with our mission to make work better at scale.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join ServiceNow?

If you want to join ServiceNow, come with a founder’s heart and an enterprise mindset. Bring curiosity to explore, courage to push boundaries and discipline to deliver outcomes at scale. Here, you won’t just wire AI into systems; you’ll help shape the standards for how industries adopt agentic AI. You’ll codify wins into reusable patterns that ripple across enterprises and define the future of work. This is a place for dreamers and doers, leaders who can shape industries, not just projects. Be ready to think big, act fast and measure impact relentlessly. My advice: Don’t just prepare to do a job — prepare to build the operating system of the enterprise AI era. If you’re energized by creating the foundations for AI, workflows and systems that deliver real, trusted outcomes at scale, then you already belong here.

Victor Gomes
Software Engineer  • Coinbase

Coinbase’s platform is designed to make it easy for people and institutions to engage with crypto assets through trading, staking, safekeeping, spending and global transfers.

Tell us about Coinbase’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Coinbase’s mission is to increase economic freedom in the world and is the central force shaping our culture, which was a key reason behind why I joined. It drives us to build trustworthy, well-regulated crypto products that open access to financial tools globally. We’re taking major steps toward democratizing access to a broader financial system by building the “everything exchange,” which includes tokenized equities, applications and other decentralized assets all on one onchain platform. And we’re just getting started.

I was — and still am — inspired not only by what we are building but also by Coinbase’s cultural tenets, especially Top Talent and Championship Team. Together, they create an environment of collaboration, drive and excellence, where high performance is expected but also recognized and celebrated. Working with such talented colleagues on products that expand global access to finance perfectly aligns with my own passion for building technology that improves people’s lives. That combination of mission and culture motivates me every day to ship the best products I can as a software engineer.

“Working with such talented colleagues on products that expand global access to finance perfectly aligns with my own passion for building technology that improves people’s lives.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

I’m fortunate to be on a team that owns highly visible parts of the mobile app, placing my work at the heart of the UX. My team manages some of Coinbase’s most critical, high-traffic services, including those responsible for displaying detailed data for every asset, used across the app. We also meticulously monitor key performance metrics like error rates and latency using cutting-edge internal tooling. This vigilance allows us to maintain a fast, reliable and seamless experience for our users. The pages we own see some of the highest traffic in the app. By building core features to provide simple, clear and insightful access to crypto while making trading and transaction activity easy to understand, we are empowering our users with the tools they need. This focus on our customers directly impacts our mission to increase economic freedom around the world.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join your company?

From a software engineering perspective, technical excellence is the foundation. However, what truly helps you stand out is being “crypto-forward.” Go beyond just the investment side and actively use the technology. Explore onchain apps, like using the newly refreshed Base App to post content or use stablecoins like USDC to pay for products and services. Taking the time to understand crypto-native concepts like stablecoins and smart contracts will give you a much deeper appreciation for the space. This genuine, hands-on interest shows you’re passionate about the industry and will definitely give you an edge.

Erin Meek
Director of Events and Culture  • Snap! Mobile

Snap! Mobile’s platform helps schools, groups and sports teams streamline fundraising, manage programs, drive community engagement and more.

Tell us about Snap! Mobile’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Snap! Mobile’s mission is to empower coaches and educators in their dedication to develop the leaders of tomorrow. This mission is what guides the work of our Snap! employees and the reason why I joined the team in 2016. With an athletic background, I have experienced firsthand the impact that coaches and group leaders can have on their athletes. Snap! Mobile provides solutions for these leaders and gives back what matters most: time with their athletes and students. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts the lives of youth organizations made the decision to join Snap! feel exciting and meaningful. Being a part of a company that has helped raise over $1 billion for groups and teams is something we can all take pride in.

“Knowing that the work we do directly impacts the lives of youth organizations made the decision to join Snap! feel exciting and meaningful.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

Within the Culture team is our PEP Team. PEP stands for People Experiences with Purpose. The mission for this team is to create a culture of care, connection and celebration. The team is dedicated to supporting employees and customers through milestones and challenges. Whether it’s celebrating an employee’s personal milestone or offering encouragement and support to a school or program, together we create a culture where people feel seen, valued and always supported.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Snap! Mobile?

Know your “why.” When joining Snap! Mobile, you are joining a team and culture that cares; a team that cares for its teammates and the programs and communities that we support. It’s motivating to be part of a team where the mission isn’t just words but is seen in action every day.

John-Isaac ‘JC’ Clark
Vice President and Head of Insights • Vantor

Vantor leverages high-resolution satellite imagery and AI-powered software platforms to provide true information in near real-time.

Tell us about Vantor’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

At Vantor, our mission is to forge the new frontier of spatial intelligence. Through Vantor’s software and spatial foundation, which consists of satellite imagery collected by Vantor’s imaging satellites, 2D global basemaps and 3D terrain data, we’re creating a living digital replica of Earth that can help government and commercial decision-makers understand what’s happening in the world right now and, more importantly, shape what’s coming next. This digital earth can also serve as a connective tissue across autonomous systems, serving as a spatial source of truth for all sensors within a delivery drone network or intelligence operation.

This ambitious mission, of forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, is the absolute core of Vantor’s culture. It attracts a certain type of person; at Vantor, we’re a team of problem-solvers, changemakers and go-getters. There’s a powerful sense of purpose here because we’re not just developing software; we’re collaborating to build the next big thing that addresses real, global challenges.

For me, that mission was the deciding factor. I didn’t just want a job; I wanted to contribute to groundbreaking work and to make a positive impact on building a safer, more efficient world. The chance to help build a more automated and connected world, and to have direct ownership over my work, was an opportunity I had to take.

“There’s a powerful sense of purpose here because we’re not just developing software; we’re collaborating to build the next big thing that addresses real, global challenges.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

My work connects directly to Vantor’s mission every single day. The "living digital replica of Earth" isn't just a marketing phrase; it's a real, complex platform we're all building together, piece by piece, at Vantor.

For example, I'm currently leading a team working on developing a product to monitor thousands of locations globally and apply AI/ML to understand activity, patterns, trends, and behaviors. We're integrating live data — from multiple sensors — into this digital twin of these sites. My specific contribution involves helping our product and engineering teams prioritize work around the customer and market use cases that have the highest value — and those that can contribute most to safety and security.

When our system helps a customer detect a threat, focus their attention on what matters most today, or help predict what’s coming next, I can see a direct line from my product to our mission of helping operators shape and understand what’s coming next. It's incredibly rewarding to know my work helps Vantor’s customers make better decisions more efficiently. Vantor’s work is a powerful force for good, shaping a more safe and secure world for everyone.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Vantor?

My best advice is to show us your passion for solving big problems. Vantor is looking to hire people who are genuinely excited by the mission to change the world. Don’t just tell us what you’ve done; tell us how you think and how you approach complex challenges. We want to see that “go-getter” attitude and examples of output you’ve delivered to contribute.

Be prepared to talk about collaboration. We achieve our ambitious goals by working with brilliant minds, so highlighting your experience as a team player is crucial. We want people who are eager to take ownership of their work and drive results but who also know that the best ideas come from working together.

Finally, come ready to show us how you see the world differently. Our tagline is also our philosophy: “See the world differently. Be seen differently.” We value unique perspectives. Show us what makes you tick and how your unique viewpoint will help us forge this new frontier. We’re looking for individuals who can combine a unique viewpoint with a collaborative spirit to help Vantor change the world.

Markis Piper
Senior Supervisor, Data Engineering  • Cargill

Cargill is a global company that provides food, ingredients, agricultural solutions and industrial products.

Tell us about Cargill’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Cargill’s mission to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way deeply resonates with me, even though I came from a different world. My background is in scaling tech startups, so stepping into the food and agriculture space was a shift. But I knew of Cargill from my master’s of business administration studies and understood the weight the name carries in the global supply chain. I was excited to be part of something bigger. That excitement turned into certainty within my first month. During onboarding, I visited a Cargill meat packaging plant in Newnan, Georgia. What I saw there wasn’t just a workplace — it was a community. People trusted one another, knew each other’s stories and showed up with a sense of shared purpose. That experience helped me see not only the impact I could make in my role but the kind of culture I was stepping into.

“What I saw there wasn’t just a workplace — it was a community.”

Since then, the Atlanta office culture has taken shape. It’s structured and intentional but also open and innovative. There’s clarity in where we’re headed and freedom in how we get there. What makes our office culture unique is the blend of Cargill’s deep-rooted values with the energy of technologists, many of whom, like me, came from fast-paced tech environments.

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

By building and maintaining a strong, reliable data infrastructure, I help ensure that the decisions we make across the food sector are grounded in truth. Sustainability is important to me, and I believe the possibilities of tomorrow are only made possible by understanding where we’ve been and who we are today. Data is how we gain that understanding. We’re investing in smarter, more connected systems that, when paired with AI, help us uncover insights, optimize processes and create value for our teams and our customers. My work ultimately impacts cattle procurement, forecasting and beef reporting, and I’m proud to know that the business decisions shaping these areas are built on a foundation of truth. This supports Cargill’s mission to enable safe, responsible and sustainable operations through data-driven insights. I’ve found real meaning in knowing that what I do helps strengthen the food system we all rely on.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Cargill?

It’s an exciting time to be at Cargill, as we’re in the midst of a digital transformation. That shift calls for pioneers, people who are eager to push boundaries and put purpose to their work. The challenges can be complex, but that complexity creates space to lead, innovate and make a meaningful impact. Having worked at several tech startups, I recognize the familiar energy of building something together. What sets Cargill apart is the well-defined structure and resources that support bold ideas and help scale solutions with intention.

Tell us about Apex Fintech Solutions’ mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Even in accounting, my role directly supports these innovations, ensuring everything is accurate and efficient, enabling the company to move quickly and confidently. Knowing that I could contribute to a company that values both innovation and solid financial practices made joining Apex an easy decision.

“Knowing that I could contribute to a company that values both innovation and solid financial practices made joining Apex an easy decision.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

My work in accounting may seem behind the scenes, but it directly supports Apex Fintech Solutions’ mission of driving innovation and disruption in financial technology. A recent example is when I helped in the implementation and migration of our accounting processes from an old system to a new one. This project wasn’t just about moving data; it was about creating a more efficient, accurate and scalable system that allows the company to make faster, data-driven decisions. By ensuring a smooth transition, I contributed to the company’s ability to innovate confidently and deliver impactful financial solutions, showing how even finance and accounting roles play a key part in advancing the overall mission of the organization.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Apex Fintech Solutions?

My advice for anyone hoping to join Apex Fintech Solutions is to come in with an open mind and a willingness to learn. Jolea Weatherspoon
Business Systems Analyst  • Pie Insurance

Pie Insurance offers workers’ compensation and commercial automotive insurance for small businesses.

Tell us about Pie Insurance’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Pie’s mission is to empower small businesses by making commercial insurance affordable and easy as pie, and that absolutely influenced my decision to join. I come from a small business family, so the company’s mission, plus the intersection of technology and commercial insurance, made Pie a high-interest company when I started actively seeking new roles in late 2018. My dad worked in his home office when I was growing up, and it became clear to me that making the move from a one-person operation to a small business owner with one or more employees was cost-prohibitive. I know if an insurance company like Pie had existed back then, he would have found it and utilized it to grow his company. My dad gave me my love of technology and using it to make people’s lives easier, and Pie’s mission made it an easy decision to join the team. I’ve loved every minute, and my six and a half years at Pie is the longest I’ve ever worked at any company. It’s because I love what we do, and I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact we can have on small businesses.

“My dad gave me my love of technology and using it to make people’s lives easier, and Pie’s mission made it an easy decision to join the team.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

My role involves supporting a full array of internal and external systems and stakeholders. Because my first several years at Pie were in the underwriting department, I have an end user’s familiarity with systems and processes, which helps me troubleshoot and solve problems in real time. I contribute to making things easy as pie by advising on solutions for both internal and external users, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible from submitting the business for a quote all the way through policy renewal. I’m often able to provide resolutions to problems as they happen, while using that information to identify potential workflow improvements for the future.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Pie Insurance?

You need to be comfortable with change. We are an agile organization, and we experiment frequently. When I was a manager, I would often tell candidates that Pie is not a place to work if you want to do the same thing every day. One of my favorite things about working here is that we have really embraced a test-and-learn approach, and it has proven successful. Along with curiosity, Pie values a sense of ownership, so another important thing to have going in is a desire to help across the business. We work cross-functionally in ways I haven’t seen at other companies, and I believe it’s one of our best competitive advantages.

Andrea Millan
Sales Manager  • FareHarbor

FareHabor creates tools for tour and activity operators, like boat rentals, food tours, outdoor experiences, events and more.

Tell us about FareHarbor’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Our mission — to make experiences better for everyone — was still being shaped when I joined FareHarbor back in 2018. We were in the early stages of our acquisition by Booking.com, and I remember the startup spark: scrappy, fast and deeply operator-focused. This client-first mentality, only succeeding when our clients succeed, remains strong to this day. What changed positively was the backbone: the infrastructure, global know-how and discipline of an industry-leading travel company supporting our mission. That blend defines our culture today, which hinges on a client-first mindset with high standards, kindness in how we work and urgency in how we grow. This is honestly why I joined and why I stay nearly seven years later. Helping a family tour operator run more smoothly on a Saturday or a flamenco show sell out a new piece isn’t abstract to me; it’s proof that our mission has both a heartbeat and a business case.

“Helping a family tour operator run more smoothly on a Saturday or a flamenco show sell out a new piece isn’t abstract to me; it’s proof that our mission has both a heartbeat and a business case.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

In sales, we’re the first touch, the front line welcoming new companies into the FareHarbor network. If we don’t feel the mission, it simply doesn’t exist. We carry the flag, and our energy is contagious across the industry. Last January, at the International Tourism Fair in Madrid, my team didn’t just meet prospects and operators; we built bridges with online travel agency partners and the wider IT ecosystem. Conversations spanned across UX experience, channel rules and data insights. You could see how coexistence between all functions and healthy feedback among us make experiences easier and more enjoyable for everyone. Whether we’re at a conference working across disciplines or on a discovery call with a local tour operator, we become the connector between our clients and our mission. That’s our mission in motion: aligning the right solution and partnering through onboarding so value shows up swiftly for both the operator and the guest.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join FareHarbor?

For jobseekers: always believe in your skills but demonstrate with your attitude and choose work you truly believe in. My growth here happened because I genuinely love our product and the operators we serve. In fewer words, I always sell a product I would buy. Bring that conviction. Do your homework on an operator you admire, map their booking journey and propose two or three improvements you’d test. Connect your stories to outcomes and provide relatable examples. Most of all, explain why “making experiences better for everyone” matters to you personally. Skill opens the door; purpose gets you results. We hope to meet you!

Ines Fuentes

AlertMedia’s threat intelligence, emergency communication and travel risk management solutions help companies of all sizes identify, respond to and recover from critical events faster and more confidently.

Tell us about AlertMedia’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Our mission centers on helping organizations detect and respond to risk so they can keep people safe, informed and connected during emergencies. Our mission plays a critical role in shaping our company culture as well. At AlertMedia, we genuinely care for others in our day-to-day work and are committed to fostering a safe environment where everyone can thrive.

This mission was one of the main reasons AlertMedia immediately stood out to me. At times, I felt discouraged by seeing human suffering and tragedies around the world, so I was amazed to discover a company devoted to protecting and supporting others. I immediately found the work inspiring and knew right away that I wanted to be part of an organization where my passion for caring for people is not only valued but at the heart of who we are as a company.

“I immediately found the work inspiring and knew right away that I wanted to be part of an organization where my passion for caring for people is not only valued but at the heart of who we are as a company.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

Since joining AlertMedia as the regional HR manager to Mexico, I’ve had the privilege of supporting my team in a variety of ways, including being the first to receive notifications via our platform when AlertMedia’s global intelligence team issues relevant alerts pertaining to safety or other major events in our country. This has allowed me to not only anticipate challenges but also care for the team in meaningful ways. Administering these alerts to my team members directly aligns with our mission, as maintaining communication throughout an event ensures that not only our people but also their loved ones stay safe, informed and prepared.

Our Mexico office brings together multiple departments, fostering collaboration that keeps our work effective and mission-driven. I enjoy being a trusted person with whom the team feels comfortable sharing both professional and personal ambitions. This has allowed me to structure events and advocate for programs that shape career paths and ensure what we are doing to enrich the employee experience is meaningful and fulfilling.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join AlertMedia?

Dream big. Imagine being part of a company where you can count on your team’s support every single day, where challenges become opportunities to grow, and where your work contributes to a meaningful mission. At AlertMedia, each of us is seen as a unique person, never just a number. In Mexico, employees have access to the same programs as other regions — professional development, ERGs, workshops, leadership support, etcetera — so everyone can feel fully integrated into the broader culture. We’ve built a true global community, one where you feel a sense of belonging and where talented and passionate teammates are just a Slack message away.

Throughout my career, I’ve sought out mission-driven organizations that bring meaning to their work. As a servant leader myself, I strive to lead with empathy to create a team culture rooted in purpose and passion. I want us to feel connected to the impact we make because the work we do truly matters to every person who relies on our solutions.

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

My team serves as the “connective tissue” between customer-facing teams, ensuring they have the information needed to resolve technical issues and deliver a better customer experience. We operate cross-functionally as subject matter experts, helping customers get their sites up and running quickly so they can return to their essential work. For example, we may collaborate directly with software developers to diagnose and resolve critical technical blockers, while coordinating with customer support to keep the client informed until the issue is fully resolved.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join VelocityEHS?

I know the job market is challenging right now, but I encourage you to stay persistent; the effort is worth it. For me, success came through time, dedication and resilience. Be sure to check our careers page regularly for new opportunities, and don’t be discouraged if you do not hear back right away. Keep applying. If you land an interview, follow up throughout the process to demonstrate your continued interest and enthusiasm for the role.

Yooz’s financial operations automation solution is designed to help organizations accelerate growth, eliminate waste and defeat fraud.

At Yooz, our mission is to deliver lean financial operations, helping organizations fight waste, risk, fraud and errors while accelerating growth and profitability. We believe that financial operations should be fast, simple, transparent and secure, and our platform combines AI-driven intelligence with unmatched flexibility to make that vision a reality.

“I wanted to be part of a team that not only builds cutting-edge AI solutions but also has a clear purpose: to help organizations run better, faster and more safely.”

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

My work connects to Yooz’s mission by making sure customer implementations deliver the efficiency and transparency our platform promises. For example, my team recently onboarded a customer who relied on manual invoice processing. By configuring Yooz for automated capture, approval workflows and enterprise resource planning integration, they reduced processing time by over 70 percent and gained real-time budget visibility. Helping customers achieve that kind of transformation is how we bring lean financial operations to life.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Yooz?

At Yooz, curiosity is essential, it fuels innovation and helps us find better ways to solve customer challenges. Just as important is building strong, lasting relationships, since our mission is all about empowering clients to thrive. If you bring curiosity and a customer-focused mindset, you’ll not only succeed here but also make a real impact.

Senior UI/UX Designer • Mixbook

Mixbook’s platform enables consumers to design physical photo books using their own images.

Tell us about Mixbook’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Mixbook’s mission is to empower people to be creative and connect deeply with the ones they love. As a creative person and photographer, that mission spoke directly to me. The idea of using creativity as a vehicle for connection felt deeply personal, especially as someone living far from family. That sense of meaning shows up in the culture, too. There’s real freedom to approach problems your own way and an openness to different working styles and personalities. I joined Mixbook as a referral, but I stayed because I felt seen, respected and safe to be myself, even as a “weirdo,” as I like to say. The mission isn’t just a tagline; it influences how we work, how we show up for each other and how we build meaningful, human-centered products.

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

As a UI/UX designer, my work lives at the intersection of creativity and connection — exactly what our mission is about. One of my first projects at Mixbook was redesigning the blog, right after I joined. There was no rigid formula or pre-baked plan. I was trusted to use my judgment and creativity to shape something meaningful. That autonomy, paired with a shared understanding of our mission, made the work energizing. Even today, every project balances our brand values: We care deeply about the user, we prioritize aesthetics and function, and we create tools that help people capture their most important relationships. I see the impact of my work every time a user builds something beautiful and shares it with someone they love.

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Mixbook?

Be creative and not just in the artistic sense. Mixbook values people who think differently, challenge assumptions and bring bold ideas to the table. Whether you’re in design, engineering or operations, we make space for experimentation and originality. Technical skills can be learned, but creative thinking and curiosity are core to how we operate. If you’re someone who likes to collaborate, who’s not afraid to voice a new idea and who wants to feel heard, this is a place where you can thrive. We don’t just accept diverse personalities and styles; we work better because of them.
