Leaf Home, a provider of technology-enabled home improvement solutions, has appointed Matt Scagnelli as its chief human resources officer. Scagnelli brings more than two decades of experience in executive leadership to the team.
Prior to joining Leaf Home, Scagnelli served as CHRO at MB Aerospace. He also held leadership positions at GE, including head of HR for GE Aviation Engine Services. In his new role, Scagnelli will oversee all aspects of Leaf Home’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
