The program offers hands-on experience in Quality Development, allowing participants to rotate through teams, receive mentorship, and complete projects to enhance their skills in software quality assurance, ultimately leading to a full-time role.

The Project Manager oversees projects related to Risk and Compliance, ensuring adherence to compliance initiatives, managing resources and timelines, and maintaining project documentation. They develop project KPIs, lead project teams, and apply change management principles, all while collaborating across departments and providing strategic input.
