Cleerly is creating a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks. 

About the Team

Cleerly is continuing to build out its commercial team, the team will lead the identification, procurement and onboarding of our enterprise customers and partners. This team of experts will partner closely with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to implement the Cleerly solution and ensure customer success.

About the Opportunity

As a Territory Manager for Cleerly’s Provider Team, you will work with the VP of Sales of our Provider Team to execute a plan to exceed established sales goals. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver optimal customer service solutions to every account. Your strong experience in sales, the digital health-tech market and entrepreneurial drive will enable Cleerly, Inc. to expand its business through its products and solutions. You will work as part of a highly engaged sales leadership team to grow the business within your assigned geography.

Candidates must be growth and solution oriented and excited about operating in a startup environment while also having the ability to contribute to the delivery of significant revenue. This is a remote role but you must be based in Washington DC as that will be your assigned territory. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a plan to grow new business within assigned geography as part of a long-term strategy.
  • Establish sales objectives by accurately forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your assigned geography.
  • Drive awareness with key decision makers and influencers to ensure product(s) is always held with high regards.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust sales/marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Be continually aware of key metrics i.e., progress versus financial targets. Don’t confuse activity with productivity.
  • Organizational sensitivity and commercial awareness, with a good perception of client requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness when working closely with people of diverse cultures or backgrounds.
  • Making decisions which optimize regional performance and support corporate goals.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and coordinate appropriate internal resources to help solve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to cope professionally with demanding sales goals and expectations.
  • Possess a demonstrated best in class product presentation skills along with cold-calling techniques that generate new business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, public relations or similar required. Master’s preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience within sales, account management or marketing, building, and developing a new business/product’s identity to high-value clients and prospects.
  • Experience in the Health Tech or Digital Health industry preferred.
  • Frequent travel within the assigned region. (40%)
  • This is a remote role but you must be based in Washington DC as that will be your assigned territory. 

$290,000 *Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
