Mission: Assemble the most talent dense team on the planet
Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
- Talent Consultation and Partnership: Collaborate with hiring teams to identify present and future talent needs, leveraging insights from the company's business roadmap and market trends. Offer expert insights on potential hires based on deep understanding of the business and broader market.
- Candidate Experience Management: Prioritize and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with hiring teams to continuously enhance the candidate experience.
- End-to-End Hiring Process Management: Oversee the complete candidate journey for multiple job requisitions, from screening to onboarding. Lead important recruiting initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
- Talent Sourcing and Assessment: Proactively source potential candidates, both active and passive, keeping abreast of market trends and specific business areas. Conduct thorough evaluations of potential hires, ensuring alignment with business needs and market skill set demands.
- Closing and Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers that benefit both the candidates and the company, taking into account the company's position and market compensation trends.
Ideal candidates have/are:
- Can change altitude easily: We’re going from zero to big. You love the work of an IC, and you have the chops to take on more accountability as we scale.
- Have deep expertise with commercial acumen: Mastery in identifying and attracting technical talent, with experience in building talent pipelines for all career stages. Deeply interested in what drives success for Groq and talent market trends.
- Think big whilst meticulous with the details: Plans ahead, anticipates future challenges, and adjusts strategies based on data and insights. Moves fast to solve problems, with curiosity, critical thinking and adaptability.

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $114,900 to $289,100, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks. #LI-DNI
Location: Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
