Job Summary: The Talent Associate is responsible for performing diverse Talent Acquisition Department functions, including validating, authenticating, and substantiating the essential details in order to effectively and legally on-board new hire candidates throughout the network. This role works closely with the Talent Consultants on a daily basis. The Talent Associate is responsible for all recruitment related time sensitive administrative tasks to include but are not limited to, providing customer service support, processing new hires packets and data entry to applicable recruiting/human resource systems.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
- Provides support to the Talent Consultants to ensure all new hires, temporaries, PRNs, and contractors are processed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for managing the entire life-cycle of the onboarding process including verifying licensures and certifications, initiating background and reference checks, initiating the Enwisen Tour, Identification Badges, offer letters, and scheduling onboarding/Occupational Health appointments.
- Proactively monitors the status of requested candidate onboarding tasks.
- Reviews processes and finalizes all employment-related packets to ensure compliance with JPS Health Network hiring standards and seamlessly transitions the candidate through the new hire and onboarding experience.
- Interacts with Talent Consultants, Candidates, Hiring Managers, and Occupational Health to communicate process, and status updates throughout the entire onboarding process.
- Maintains knowledge of network recruiting policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assists with the planning and execution of career/job fairs with the Talent Consultants for various sponsored events.
- Verifies and obtains educational and licensure verifications for all internal transfers via Inquiries, Inc.
- Coordinates travel arrangements for external candidates.
- Manages and tracks the Employee Referral program.
- Works closely with the HRIS team.
- Provides front desk coverage for lunch breaks and meetings as needed.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2 plus years of experience in a general clerical/clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in human resources or a related field of study from an accredited college.
- 2 plus years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Human Resources Certification.
