Sales-Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid in New York City (3 day in-office requirement)

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Sales Operations or CS Operations experience, preferably in a high-growth startup (Fintech / SaaS experience is a plus) or client facing role with applicable experience
  • Demonstrable experience detailing business requirements for cross-functional projects and internal technology teams to utilize
  • Data savvy with a curious and analytical mindset, with excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets as well as BI tooling (ideally an interest in learning SQL).
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data, quickly synthesize the value-add recommendations and confidently present.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, workflow management, and complex relationships. Ideal if you have an interest in or already have Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience with Sales/CS tools such as dialers, Gong, Outreach.io, Seismic, Apollo, etc.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to define crucial metrics for goal achievement and develop reporting and dashboards aligned with these priorities across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively monitor organizational performance, conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses, and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process playbooks for the Melio Customer Lifecycle, taking ownership of certain processes from end to end.
  • Become a subject matter expert in internal sales and customer success operations, continuously evaluating opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide operational support to the Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless management of their book of business.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and collaborate with the team to optimize pipeline distribution logic.
  • Lead internal projects with a focus on project and program management, overseeing day-to-day operations, reporting, and analysis, while also serving as an internal consultant for leadership alignment.
  • Triage / own / escalate all Tier 1 inquiries ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Capture and document detailed business requirements for technology and data analysis needs.
