About the Team & Opportunity

Quartet’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for working directly with our internal recruitment team, and behavioral health clinic partners across the nation to support their hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Sourcing efforts will center around identifying great clinical, behavioral health talent (Psychiatrists, PMHNPs and LCSWs) to join our Innovatel Telepsychiatry entity in telepsychiatry and teletherapy roles. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, and set up interviews. You may also be required to update and manage the company’s applicant tracking system. 

Additionally, the Clinical Sourcer can expect to complete various other recruitment tasks as needs arise. The majority of the sourcer's time will be spent on sourcing responsibilities. This position offers exposure to all aspects of a Recruitment role in a growing organization, and is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented early Recruitment-careerist. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner closely with the clinical recruiting team on priority roles
  • Source for clinical candidates with nationwide licensures for primarily remote telepsychiatry and teletherapy roles
  • Engage and Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks and recruitment sites / hiring boards
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and interview questions as needed
  • Craft and send recruiting emails to target candidates
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Source referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline, utilizing social media and LinkedIn as needed
  • Assist with scheduling candidates to help push them through the interview process efficiently 
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience as a clinical talent sourcer or coordinator
  • Strong task organization, prioritization abilities, and follow-up skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, open to the rapid changes inevitable in a high-growth company

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with sourcing behavioral health (therapy) clinical roles: Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, LCSWs, LMFTs and LPCs
  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Gem (sourcing tool)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

Compensation

Targeted compensation range: $50,000 - $65,000 base salary, with an additional annual target bonus potential of 5%. Final salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
