Clinical Sourcer at Quartet responsible for sourcing clinical candidates nationwide for remote telepsychiatry and teletherapy roles. Partner with recruiting team, engage candidates on social media, coordinate with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and promote employer brand.

The Clinical Care Navigator will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clinically complex patients in their respective markets. They will provide crisis intervention services, safety planning, and linkage to appropriate community and/or emergency services. They will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure patient safety throughout the care journey.
