Jerry Fix is a senior product executive and consulting leader with more than 25 years of global experience driving product strategy, innovation and agile transformations across diverse B2B and B2C markets. He has successfully managed product portfolios and P&Ls exceeding $75 million, guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from discovery to go-to-market.

He has managed full-scale agile organizational transformations, corporate incubation initiatives, and digital capability building for world-class organizations and clients, including Mastercard, Bayer, AbbVie, Enterprise Holdings, Hussmann (Panasonic), Parker Hannifin and Hewlett Packard.

He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech University and an MBA from Saint Louis University. He is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.), a certified new product development professional (NPDP) by the PDMA, and holds advanced Agile and AI certifications, including SAFe® 5 POPM and ICAgile Certified Professional (APO & APM) and Google AI Professional.
