Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Partners with customers, backup administrators, sales teams, and partners to assess environments, build capacity and performance sizing models, lead workshops and proofs of concept, validate recovery objectives, troubleshoot solutions, and support RFPs and competitive engagements. The role requires expertise in backup platforms, data reduction, enterprise file and object storage, ransomware-resilient architectures, and customer-facing technical presentations.
