Serve as CEO's trusted advisor and operational leader to align the executive team, drive strategic initiatives, build operating systems and KPI frameworks, lead cross-functional execution, and improve organizational communication and decision-making to enable faster, smarter outcomes.

Drive renewals, expansion, cross-sell and upsell, generate referral pipeline, create global account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce records, and serve as primary commercial liaison for large food and beverage customers.

Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), audit employee expense reimbursements in Concur, manage vendor relationships, support month-end AP/T&E accruals and reconciliations, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, respond to inquiries, maintain procedures, and assist on ad-hoc projects.

Lead and scale payroll implementation and operations for agricultural customers, ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time payroll. Hire and manage payroll team, resolve payroll errors, advise on payroll and tax compliance, partner with Product and Sales, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Temporary 4–6 month role supporting corporate and regulatory legal work for a multi-state cannabis company. Responsibilities include entity formation and management, M&A due diligence support, contract review and negotiation, state regulatory filings, corporate governance, legal research, and assisting senior attorneys.
