Manage end-to-end mass tort and class action settlement programs: design and deploy settlement lenses, lead cross-functional build teams, engage senior client stakeholders, author program documents, track project plans, troubleshoot build/platform/data issues, and drive process improvements using data analysis.

Lead and build the BSA/AML and sanctions compliance program for a payments/crypto fintech. Own KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, SAR/STR processes, sanctions screening, regulatory engagement, bank partnerships, testing, audits, licensing strategy, and vendor selection while managing a lean compliance team and reporting to the Board and General Counsel.

Prepare and submit customer invoices for federal contracts, maintain billing setups in Deltek Costpoint, support accounts receivable and collections, reconcile final invoices, ensure contract and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support contract closeouts.

Maintain and ensure database accuracy, backups, security, and integrity. Develop and implement data standards and procedures, coordinate data collection, monitor compliance, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with IT to optimize data management.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly close activities. Build financial models, analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention), calculate incentive compensation, produce variance analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Lead growth, engagement, and retention of the APAC community through pipeline management, omnichannel recruitment, volunteer and stakeholder leadership, event curation and operations, digital community moderation, and weekly performance reporting aligned with global campaigns.

Manage a pooled book of SaaS accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth. Deliver onboarding, training, integrations, and strategic business conversations. Use data from Planhat, Salesforce, and Gong, promote self-serve resources, identify upsell opportunities, and partner with Account Management to influence renewals and expansion.
