Support Wealth Advisors by building and presenting financial plans, implementing retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment strategies, executing trades and tax-loss harvesting with Portfolio Management, maintaining CRM records, leading client communications, performing billing reviews, and contributing to firm planning and strategic priorities. Provide technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication; support pre-sales activities and manage/onshore-offshore configuration and testing teams.

Lead nationwide disaster recovery and survivor assistance programs (IA, DCMP, housing recovery). Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, compliance with FEMA and federal grant rules, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and program performance. Provide technical guidance, audit-ready documentation, and support business development and proposal efforts.

Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts, determine transfer equivalencies, advise students on transferable credits and degree completion, maintain SIS/CRM records, coordinate with Registrar and academic units, and produce reporting to support articulation and student success.

Lead accounting for treasury and tax activities: manage daily cash, bank relationships, tax filings, payments, reconciliations, and controls. Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination to ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Lead architecture and delivery of high-throughput transactional services and agentic AI workflows. Build production Python and Go microservices on AWS, design observability and CI/CD, resolve distributed-system performance issues, run technical reviews and ADRs, mentor engineers, and contribute to on-call and incident response.

Lead and scale Tempo's Product Operations by building operating cadence, tooling, AI-driven workflows, dashboards, and enablement programs. Partner with CPO and cross-functional leaders to align strategy, roadmap, capacity, and customer insights to improve product delivery and outcomes.
