Investigate complex insider risk incidents using behavioral, technical, and contextual analysis. Conduct personnel vetting, risk assessments, and vendor reviews. Leverage AI and telemetry to detect and remediate nation-state influence, data leaks, and unauthorized disclosures. Partner with Legal, People, Privacy, and technology teams to advise on controls, improve detections and playbooks, and drive program maturity across global operations.

Lead a multi-country summative and formative evaluation of ACT (Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines): design methodology, conduct inception and culturally appropriate field data collection, analyze results, write regional and country reports, produce dissemination materials and presentations, and ensure ethical, decolonial and feminist evaluation practices while coordinating with Oxfam and local partners.

Qualify inbound leads and prospect into target accounts to build pipeline. Use Salesforce and sales tools to organize outreach, perform daily cold calling, emailing and social outreach, set meetings, qualify prospects, partner with Account Executives, maintain CRM, and meet monthly and quarterly meeting and opportunity quotas. Occasional travel to Washington, DC.
