Customer-facing technical role bridging customers and product: lead demos, design solutions, run POCs, support onboarding and integrations, troubleshoot escalations, produce integration docs, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and feedback.

Lead and scale Revenue Growth Management capabilities across pricing, promotions, trade investment, and price-pack architecture. Partner with Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate insights into commercial actions, establish guardrails and governance, implement Confido TPM, and build tools and scorecards to drive revenue, margin, ROI, and portfolio optimization.

Lead quota modeling, territory design, commission planning, and forecasting to align sales with growth goals. Maintain Salesforce data integrity, build dashboards, leverage Gong/Clari and AI tools for predictive insights, present executive analyses, and drive process improvements across Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
