Administer LMS content, manage certifications and reporting, create multimedia (video, screen recordings, simulations), build assessments and reinforcement content, and collaborate with SMEs and field trainers to support compliance and operational initiatives. Drive innovation using AI-assisted tools and emerging immersive learning technologies.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS accounts as the primary customer relationship owner. Build SMART success plans, align with Sales for retention and expansion, proactively identify and mitigate risk, drive adoption and executive engagement, and use data to demonstrate quantifiable customer value.

Support FP&A by maintaining forecasting and budgeting models, performing variance and unit-economics analysis, building dashboards and KPI frameworks, cleaning and structuring data, overseeing accounts payable, and providing cross-functional financial insights to leadership.

Review, evaluate, and code large volumes of user-generated content in English and Spanish to client-specific guidelines. Complete paid training, meet performance metrics, perform QA, attend coaching, and work a semi-flexible 16–29 hour weekly schedule including weekend hours.

Drive site-level engagement, compliance with employment and clinical research regulations, and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and leadership to improve retention and productivity.

Own and execute email and newsletter strategies to convert subscribers into bookings. Run growth experiments, A/B tests, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate on landing pages and user flows, use data to optimize performance, and craft emotionally resonant copy that communicates VAWAA’s creative mission.

Lead global DTC eCommerce strategy and web experience to drive revenue, conversion, and LTV. Own site roadmap, experimentation and personalization programs, analytics-driven optimization, cross-functional alignment, vendor/tech requirements, and commercial plans to scale global digital sales and improve customer journeys.

Manage all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close: administer documents and deadlines, communicate with agents/clients/third parties, enter transaction expenses, prepare and finalize commission payments, ensure compliance and timely closings, and provide continuous transaction updates.
