Lead FixiHouse brand strategy for homeowners (B2C) and contractors (B2B). Create positioning, messaging architecture, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) roles: run intake meetings, source and build diverse pipelines, manage candidate experience, conduct structured interviews, maintain Greenhouse ATS and funnel metrics, partner on headcount and compensation, and improve recruiting processes for a high-growth SaaS business.

Lead and scale a partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) across the US West Coast/Canada. Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Align closely with field sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, improve channel programs, and provide market/competitive insights.

Provide part-time remote HR administrative support including onboarding, I-9s, background checks, HRIS recordkeeping, benefits assistance, payroll/timekeeping support, compliance tracking, and employee relations triage to ensure smooth HR operations.
