Advise municipal, local government, and public agency clients on telecommunications, FCC regulation, broadband, wireless infrastructure, data centers, and emerging technology issues. Draft regulations, ordinances, franchises, leases, licenses, and public-private partnerships; conduct legal research; prepare regulatory filings and rulemaking comments; and support advocacy and federal court litigation.

Manages post-sale client relationships for PAC and advocacy technology services. Oversees project delivery, customer satisfaction, software implementation, training, technical requirements, issue resolution, retention, and upsell opportunities. Provides strategic guidance on advocacy programs, creates client communications, coordinates with technical teams, tests custom features, and represents the company at events.

Processes vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, client receipts, deposits, journal entries, billing records, and accounting reports. Maintains vendor tax documentation, assists with tax filings and monthly billing, monitors accounting inquiries, and supports attorneys, management, clients, and vendors.
