Partner with engineering, analytics, payments, loss prevention, and vendors to define KPIs, build features (pre-authorization checks, device signals, chargeback automation), run experiments, manage backlog, and ensure operational resilience while balancing conversion and customer experience.

Develop and execute social media strategy across major platforms, maintain content calendars, edit platform-specific video/photo content, manage daily posting and community engagement, track analytics/KPIs, and mentor two high-school interns across Gimme Swag and New Dawn brands.
