Represent Zero Motorcycles to dealerships across the Eastern US, driving wholesale and retail sales growth through dealer development, training, events, lead follow-up, CRM reporting, and enforcing dealer compliance. Extensive travel, strong dealer relationship skills, and powersports knowledge required to recruit new dealers and implement sales campaigns.

Lead Ensemble's member acquisition and growth strategy across North America. Serve as the single procurement point of contact for Toledo Refinery turnarounds. Create and manage Procurement Sourcing Records, develop contract and negotiation strategies, source labor/services/materials, assemble and review RFPs, negotiate terms with Legal and stakeholders, administer post-award contracts, and resolve purchase order/requisition issues throughout turnaround lifecycle.

Coordinate full grant lifecycle and fundraising efforts: research funding, write proposals, manage compliance and reporting, support donor stewardship, and co-lead events and campaigns to secure funding and partnerships.

Lead and grow a client success organization to drive renewals and upsells. Hire, coach, and evaluate teams; develop strategy, improve client satisfaction, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet regional renewal and growth targets while attending events and customer meetings.

Manage end-to-end US subsidiaries financial operations: monthly/quarterly/annual close, US GAAP financial statements, tax filings, SOX compliance, payroll, cash flow, AP/AR, audit coordination, and lead/support finance teams across entities.

Design, develop, and manage department-specific learning experiences, e-learning courses, onboarding programs, and a centralized learning platform. Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to translate processes into engaging, accessible training, analyze learner data for improvements, and maintain learning resources and knowledge libraries.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise .NET Core applications. Build and manage scalable Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, architect SQL data warehouses and OLAP tuning, establish secure data pipelines and web services, provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct code reviews, and evaluate open-source tools for integration and innovation.
