Provide Tier 1 People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, administering onboarding/preboarding, benefits, leaves, compensation, HRIS transactions, and helpdesk case management. Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, own procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, run vendor payments, prepare 1099s, manage NetSuite and Tipalti integrations, perform reconciliations and journal entries, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and controls.

Build core architecture and products for a global payments platform from 0-to-1. Lead and mentor engineers, own full stack and uptime, design ledger data architecture, and integrate banking/on-off ramp providers while balancing speed and scalability.
