Identify and size growth opportunities using funnel, behavioral, and qualitative data; develop lifecycle strategies, experiments, segmentation, triggers, dashboards, and messaging; and partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations on improvements. Build a scalable experimentation and lifecycle marketing engine across email, SMS, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and cross-product journeys, while establishing the function’s operating model and eventually building a team.
