Owns end-to-end onboarding and implementation for partner medical practices, managing timelines, meetings, materials, dependencies, risks, and follow-through through launch and post-launch operations. Partner with product, engineering, project management, and business analysis teams to deliver documented requirements and end-to-end features. Own and expand a portfolio of 6–9 strategic health system accounts, lead complex enterprise sales and multi-year expansions, and selectively pursue marquee national accounts.
